It’s the most recognizable building in the Baltimore skyline, but the Bromo Seltzer Tower is showing her age.
The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts is raising funds to restore the Tower’s exterior so that we can give our city the beautiful icon it deserves.
The Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts is the non-profit organization serving as Baltimore City’s designated arts council. In 2007, BOPA completed the first round of renovations to the tower, converting it from a vacant, uninhabitable space into artist’s studios. In fact, this conversion ignited major economic growth in the area that is now known as the Bromo Arts & Entertainment District.
We know that there are numerous other causes in Baltimore vying for your dollars. But the Bromo Tower is representative of the Baltimore spirit and we hope you’ll join us in preserving this icon for generations to come.
